You are feeling stressed, tired and close to a full blown burn out.

Your body is screaming at you to take a break. You have aches and pains everywhere due to too much screen time / sitting at your desk.

You know you really need to go to the gym but you are too tired to go after work. Sometimes you are dead set on going no matter what but by the time you finish work, the gym is closed!   

You would really like to enjoy your weekend but you are so worried about that Monday deadline that you end up working on Sunday. Again.

You want to eat healthy homemade food because you know it’s best for your long term physical and mental health but by the time you stop working you are so tired you reach for the Just Eat app because you can’t face cooking.

Maybe it’s time to stop and take a breath. It’s ok to be there. The only reason this has happened is because you care about your work and there is nothing wrong with that. But it could be time to try doing this differently because if you do burn out, you will have to stop working altogether to recover.  

I know what you are going through because I went through it too. For years! One day I reached the bottom. After a few months of therapy things weren’t improving as quickly as I had hoped for so I decided to research how I could improve my health. I had this big vision for my life and I wasn’t going to achieve it if my health let me down! 

So I read and read, went on a number of trainings and was coached until I was able to create a beautiful life where I achieved success in my career whilst enjoying full health. The healthier I became, the more successful I became. I had turn this vicious cycle into a vertuous cycle. And I am so glad I did because when life got hard on a personal level I was able to deal with it in a very healthy way.

Today I am offering to share with you the method I created so that you too can find success and health. In just 8 days we will deep dive into your life and create a bespoke plan to help you achieve your dreams. I know you can do it. You are a hard worker and a high achiever. You just need the road map.

You will leave the retreat feeling brand-new and with solid tools to transform your career into the one you always dreamed of.
