Managing depression: the basics

On this page you will find the basics of managing depression through a healthy lifestyle. These articles are the results of my own research, which I have been doing for a number of years now.

The advice in these articles is based on what I have tried and what has helped me, but different things work for different people. My recommendation is to try the techniques suggested on this blog until you find what works for you.

I know this can be difficult when you feel down but try to have as much fun as possible while trying new techniques. The more fun you have, the faster you will recover.
