Sian Young – Living with PTSD

Today in “Sian Young – Living with PTSD” I would like to introduce you to Sian Young, CEO and author of Teenage Kicks. Sian is now a successful entrepreneur who helps CEO mums enjoy sustainable success by detoxifying their mind, body, home and conversations leading to clarity, energy and space.

The reason I wanted you to meet Sian is because she is an inspiration to anyone who is struggling with mental health issues.

Sian had a really rough start in life, being thrown out of her home at the age of 15 and ending up being homeless for the next 7 years. She was abused, attacked, starved and often high on drugs. But somehow she survived those years and turned into the strong and healthy woman she is now.

Those years did not leave her intact though and she realised later on in life that she suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.

In this interview she shares with us her experience and the 3 superpowers that kept her alive during those dreadful years (spoiler alert: you got them too, you just need to learn how to tap into them) and her tips for people who are going experiencing depression, anxiety and PTSD.

Her specific tips on how to heal PTSD is at 59’30’’.

I cannot wait to hear your feedback on this interview!

Big love to you all
